Which version of Primavera P6 do I need?

Any recent version of Oracle Primavera P6 Professional (Windows desktop) — versions 17 through 24 all work. The interface is virtually identical across these releases. The course does not cover P6 EPPM (web/cloud edition).

Do you provide P6, or do I need my own licence?

You'll need access to your own Primavera P6 install. Most planners already have it via their employer. If not, Oracle offers a free trial direct from oracle.com/primavera-p6. A practice project file is included with the course so you can follow along step-by-step.

I'm a complete beginner — is this course too advanced?

No — the course assumes zero prior P6 experience. Module A starts with creating your very first activity layout and walks you through every concept from there. By the end of the day you'll have built a fully resourced, baselined schedule from scratch.

I'm a senior planner — will this be too basic?

Module A will be familiar to a senior planner, but Modules B and C cover variance analysis, advanced filters, lookahead methodology, Level of Effort activities, multi-level grouping, Activity Codes, and UDFs. The 4 included templates alone tend to be the strongest reason experienced planners enrol — they save hours of reporting setup on every project.

Can I get an invoice for my employer to expense it?

Do I get a certificate when I finish?
