60-day money-back guarantee

I run this course once a year as a give-back to the construction planning community. I want every student to walk away genuinely more confident in P6 — and if you don't, I want to refund you, not argue with you.

If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, email us and we will refund the full purchase price.

How to request a refund

Within 60 days of your purchase, contact us via:

Include the email address you used at checkout and a brief reason. The reason is optional — the refund is genuinely no-questions-asked. We just appreciate honest feedback so we can improve the course.

How long does it take?

We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your request. The amount will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 working days for the funds to appear on your statement.

What you keep

After a refund, your access to the course videos will end. You may keep the four Excel templates — they're yours to use on real projects regardless. We don't believe in clawing back tools you've already integrated into your work.

After 60 days

We do not offer refunds beyond the 60-day window. The course is intended to be completed within 60 days, and 60 days gives you ample time to assess whether it has delivered on its promise. If you have a genuine extenuating circumstance, contact us and we'll consider it in good faith.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under UK consumer law, digital content is generally exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once you begin accessing it — but our 60-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies regardless.
