Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the P6 Schedule-Building Sprint (the "Course") from THE TRUE TROOP CONSULTING. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.
1. The Course
The Course is a live, six-hour online training session covering Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, delivered over Zoom on Saturday, August 8, 2026 (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CT / 8:00 AM–2:00 PM MT / 7:00 AM–1:00 PM PT). The six-hour event window includes structured breaks, and the full recording is released the same day. Enrolment includes:
- A seat in the live six-hour Zoom session
- Lifetime access to the class recording and materials
- Four downloadable Excel templates
- A P6 keyboard shortcuts reference card
- A practice project file
2. Price and payment
The Course is priced at $149 USD. Checkout is hosted securely by GoHighLevel and the card payment is processed by the Stripe account connected to that checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. The checkout shows the full $149 USD charge before you authorise payment. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border fee.
Upgrade credit: You may apply the full $149 Sprint fee as a credit towards the $797 P6 Fundamentals Masterclass by completing your upgrade no later than Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. The credit is not cash, is non-transferable, is limited to one credit per purchaser, and does not automatically enrol you in the Masterclass.
3. Delivery
Immediately after successful payment, you will:
- Be redirected to a confirmation page; that page does not itself grant access to paid files
- Receive a payment confirmation or receipt at the email address used at checkout
- Receive the Welcome Book and secure access to the four templates, practice file and reference materials by email after the successful payment is confirmed
- Receive the Zoom joining link by email ahead of the live class
4. Refund policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. You may keep the templates. See our refund policy for full details.
5. Use of materials
Course videos and materials are licensed for your personal use only. You may not:
- Share your access credentials with others
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the course content
- Use the materials to create a competing course
The Excel templates are yours to use freely on as many real-world projects as you like - no per-project licence applies.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide the Course "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as business interruption or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Course updates
We may update Course materials over time as Primavera P6 evolves. Lifetime access means access to the class recording and materials as they exist from time to time, including future updates.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
