Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the P6 Pro Academy One-Day Primavera P6 Crash Course (the "Course") from The True Troop Consulting Ltd. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.
1. The Course
The Course is a self-paced, online video training programme covering Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. Enrolment includes:
- Lifetime access to the course videos and materials
- Four downloadable Excel templates
- A P6 keyboard shortcuts reference card
- A practice project file
2. Price and payment
The Course is priced at $147 USD (or equivalent in GBP at the rate displayed at checkout). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. VAT, if applicable, is included in the displayed price.
3. Delivery
Immediately after successful payment, you will:
- Be redirected to a thank-you page where the four templates can be downloaded
- Receive a Stripe payment receipt by email
- Receive separate course access instructions by email within 24 hours
4. Refund policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, email us within 60 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. You may keep the templates. See our refund policy for full details.
5. Use of materials
Course videos and materials are licensed for your personal use only. You may not:
- Share your access credentials with others
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the course content
- Use the materials to create a competing course
The Excel templates are yours to use freely on as many real-world projects as you like — no per-project licence applies.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide the Course "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as business interruption or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Course updates
We may update Course content over time as Primavera P6 evolves. Lifetime access means access to the current version of the Course as it exists from time to time, including future updates.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
