Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how THE TRUE TROOP CONSULTING ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit p6crashcourse.thetruetroop.com or enrol on the P6 Schedule-Building Sprint.

1. Who we are

THE TRUE TROOP CONSULTING is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at home.thetruetroop.com or via WhatsApp on +1 (409) 302-2995.

2. What information we collect

  • Guide and enquiry details - your first name, email address, the resource you requested and whether you expressly opted into marketing emails.
  • Optional profile details - your region, current role and level of Primavera P6 experience, if you choose to provide them after requesting a guide.
  • Information you provide at checkout - your name, email address, telephone number, billing country and payment status. GoHighLevel hosts the checkout and Stripe handles the card details; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Purchase records - GoHighLevel order and transaction identifiers, relevant Stripe payment identifiers, the product purchased, amount, currency and fulfilment status.
  • Campaign and site usage data - page views, browser and device information, referring source, landing page, UTM campaign values and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID or FBCLID when present in the link you followed.

3. How we use your information

  • To process your course enrolment and deliver the materials you've paid for.
  • To deliver a guide you requested and keep its delivery separate from optional marketing consent.
  • To send you transactional course access details and receipts, and only with your consent, practical guidance and updates about future courses.
  • To understand which audiences and campaigns are most relevant, and tailor follow-up to optional profile details you provide.
  • To improve the course content based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • To meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax records).

4. Lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on:

  • Contract - to deliver the course you've purchased.
  • Legitimate interest - to operate, secure and improve our website, measure campaign performance and fulfil requested resources.
  • Consent - for marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Legal obligation - for tax and accounting records.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers required to operate the service:

  • Stripe - card payment processing
  • Netlify - website hosting, serverless functions and a limited operational event ledger used to prevent duplicate payment processing
  • GoHighLevel - hosted checkout, order records, contact records, requested-resource delivery, audience segmentation and email communications
  • Google Analytics (GA4) - traffic statistics
  • Google Ads - measuring which of our adverts lead to enrolments (conversion tracking)

We never sell your personal data. We never share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep data

We keep course-access records for as long as you have access to the course. Receipts and tax records are retained for 6 years to meet UK statutory obligations. Lead and optional profile details are reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the purpose collected. Marketing preferences and the evidence of your consent or withdrawal are retained so we can honour your choice.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at home.thetruetroop.com.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for: essential site functionality; analytics (Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use the site); and advertising measurement (Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure which of our adverts lead to enrolments). If we run adverts on other platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram), those platforms may also set measurement cookies when you arrive via their links. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be notified by email to active students.
